DoubleTree by Hilton has announced a new restaurant and bar concept called piebird. The first locations will open in Nanuet, N.Y., and Asheville, N.C.
The concept was created by StiR Creative Collective, Hilton’s in-house consultancy for food and beverage. Piebird will offer updated takes on classic American dishes and seasonal pies. The first location is expected to open in fall 2025 at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nanuet, followed by a second in early 2026 at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Asheville – Biltmore. Additional sites are planned.
