GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Instead of churning ice cream, a new shop in the Piedmont is stretching it. That’s the way frozen treats are traditionally made in Middle Eastern countries.
Boza Creamery and Cafe is the first Middle Eastern ice cream shop in the Triad. Boza means ice cream in Arabic. The shop serves several traditional Middle Eastern flavors as well as American-made ice cream. Boza also offers two other favorites, including the viral Dubai Chocolate bar and Dubai Strawberry cup. People drive for hours just to try those two menu items. Boza is located right beside Maxie B’s, on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro.
