Craig Case, a former private investigator and local television personality, has been sentenced to just over 26 years in prison for defrauding an elderly Montecito woman.
A Santa Barbara jury found Case, age 76, guilty this past February of 62 felony counts and 1 misdemeanor count, related to the embezzlement from the bank account of wealthy Montecito arts patron Constance McCormick Fearing, now deceased.
