VANCOUVER, Wash. — The family of a Vancouver woman seriously injured in a car crash last month is speaking out again as she remains hospitalized and may lose a limb due to her injuries.
“Her right leg never really was able to regain blood flow, and she lost a pulse in her leg,” said Dean Baker, Jessica White’s younger brother.
