Huntsville’s proposed development currently called Big Cove Village is not a done deal.
City Urban and Economic Development Director Shane Davis told people attending a town hall meeting in east Huntsville on Thursday night that the property owner and developer were still in negotiations.
Davis is optimistic an agreement will be reached sometime this summer for the property on both the north and south sides of Cecil Ashburn Drive, and east and west of Old Big Cove Road.
