MILFORD, Neb. (KOLN) – An elementary student is recovering from a gunshot wound after a gun was fired in a Milford home, according to an email from Milford Public School Superintendent Mitch Kubicek.
The email, sent to parents Tuesday night, said three Milford Elementary students were together at a home when a firearm went off. The student is in stable condition and expected to make a full recovery, Kubicek wrote.
The school district said its role is to support the affected students and families. The children involved are not attending school during the investigation…
