Shreveport Police officers arrested a woman on suspicion of criminal neglect of family on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say as thunderstorms raged in the area, a school bus driver reported finding a child believed to be age 3 running naked near the intersection of Corbitt Street and Sussex Avenue, four blocks north of Hollywood Avenue.
According to police, the child led them to her home in the 5300 block of Sussex. Police arrested the mother of the four children living there…
