SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WOIO) – A woman is under arrest after she dropped off a purse and made disturbing comments at the Marc’s on East Waterloo Road in Springfield Township Wednesday.
Police said a woman dropped off a purse and said, “You better watch out, it might explode,” to a customer.
Out of caution, officers evacuated Marc’s and neighboring businesses in the plaza…
