COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) is looking for a woman accused of abandoning her child.
According to an incident report, a deputy was dispatched at around 8:15 p.m. to Elmridge Road about an abandoned child. When they arrived, they spoke to a neighbor who said she was outside with her kids for about an hour.
