GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man accused of “waving a gun around” and placing cellphones in a pot of water during a family argument is facing 11 felony charges, including unlawful imprisonment and child abuse after a teenage boy was shot in the foot.
And the federal government is getting involved.
Andres Simon-Salgado, 39, was indicted this week on a charge of alien felony reentry. A federal indictment says he was removed from the U.S. after having been convicted of a felony offense, which the indictment does not specify. It is punishable by up to 10 years in prison…
