MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police say a man was caught in the act throwing Molotov cocktails at people outside a South Memphis gas station early Tuesday morning.
No one was hurt, but Geno Bell was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, aggravated arson, and evading arrest.
According to police, an officer was driving near South Parkway and Elvis Presley Boulevard when he saw Bell light an unknown object on fire and throw it at a crowd in the gas station parking lot.
The officer said that after he activated his lights, Bell took off running. He was arrested a short time later in a wooded area nearby…
