SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A southerly wind will keep moisture pouring into the Suncoast. The combination of warm temperatures and afternoon sea breezes will cause a few showers to pop up, mostly in inland locations. The same holds true for tomorrow. The timing of the rain is primarily in the late afternoon and early evening. However, most of the day will be sunny, so running errands or returning home from the afternoon school bus should be uneventful in terms of weather.
The bigger change comes over the weekend and into early next week. A low-pressure system will move into the area, bringing a surge of deep moisture.
