ST PAUL, Minn. — Two teens have been charged after they allegedly fatally stabbed 19-year-old Jay’Mier Keymari in early April.
According to the charging documents, a 14-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy made plans to hang out with Keymari and made up a story about a stolen car to get him to come outside.
