31-year-old arrested in connection with attempted armed kidnapping in Vancouver

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – The Clark County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest after an attempted armed kidnapping of a teenager on Tuesday morning.

On Tuesday evening, deputies arrested 31-year-old Cameron Parrish, of Vancouver. He has been booked into the Clack County jail for first-degree attempted kidnapping, first-degree assault, and a firearms/dangerous weapons violation.
