ALBANY — A coastal storm expected to hit upstate and much of the Northeast is bringing with it the potential for flooding around the Capital Region and Hudson Valley.
The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch from 9 a.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday for much of the Albany area and the counties in the Hudson Valley. Flood watches are issued when meteorologists believe the conditions are ripe for flooding.
