OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – One of two owners of an Omaha dispensary who are accused of selling illegal products out of their store appeared in court Wednesday.
Ryan McCollum, 36, was formally charged with possession of psilocin with intent to deliver. His bond is set at $10,000.
