FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A heartwarming event happened on Highway 41 on Monday when a woman driving an SUV brought traffic to a standstill to rescue a dog stranded on the road.
The woman stopped in the left fast lane and walked across all three lanes to retrieve the dog from the right slow lane of the freeway.
