Deputies with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a Lyons man who allegedly missed multiple court appearances related to a petit larceny charge.
Stephen M. Nicoletta, 63, of State Route 31, was taken into custody on May 5 on an arrest warrant issued by the Lyons Town Court.
Authorities said the charge stems from an incident reported on March 9. Nicoletta was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he awaited central arraignment scheduled for May 6 at 7:00 a.m…
