EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two missing 12-year-olds.
The sheriff’s office said Ryan Capps was last seen at Sproul Jr. High School, and Donald Cooper was last seen at a bus stop near the 5200 block of Wainwright Drive.
