PHOENIX — An Arizona resident has been sentenced to 52 months in prison for his involvement in a human smuggling incident that ended in a fatality.
Cesar Velasquez-Munoz, 20, of Peoria previously pleaded guilty to the charge of conspiracy to transport illegal aliens for profit placing in jeopardy the life of any person, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office of Arizona.
