Man found guilty on drug charges from high-speed chase ending in Fairborn

FAIRBORN — A man has been convicted on several drug related charges after leading a high-speed pursuit ending in Fairborn.

Alan Dominguez-Oliva, 34, was found guilty Tuesday on multiple felony charges, including first-degree Possession for having more than 20 grams of Fentanyl, and second-decree Aggravated Possession of Drugs related to methamphetamines.

Dominguez-Oliva had previously been convicted on Failure to Comply and Assault on a Police Officer charges in January stemming from the same incident as the drug related one. He faces 19 years for his drug possession conviction after already being sentenced to four and a half years for his prior conviction. The two sentences will be asked to not run concurrently and will be sought to be in addition to one another, according to Greene County Prosecutor David B. Hayes…
