DECATUR, Ala. ( WHNT ) — A lighting project will cause a portion of Highway 31 to shut down temporarily.
The City of Decatur said that the right southbound lane of US-31 in Decatur will be closed from Market Street to approximately 0.05 miles north of the Riverwalk Marina.
