JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The Florida Lottery announced that Lucinda Joseph-Rann, 54, of Jacksonville, claimed a $5 million top prize from the $5,000,000 CROSSWORD CASH Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
