- 2nd vehicle at the scene has damage.
- 18-year-old male transported with major injuries & CPR in progress, call came out as non-breathing
- He was walking home with a friend, the friend had his back turned, but heard a crash and saw the friend on the ground
- Friends and family started showing up.
