ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester Mayor Malik Evans presented his proposal for the 2025-26 city budget Friday.
Evans says the $680-million plan is down about $27 million from the current budget and will hold the property tax levy flat for the fourth straight year. Although there will be a less-than $5 increase on water bills for infrastructure improvements.
