According to a recently submitted permit application, craft brewpub chain Fieldwork Brewing is opening a new taproom in Santa Rosa.
Coming to 2400 Midway Drive, the eatery will land near establishments such as Avid Coffee, the bakery Boudin, and the Italian restaurant Tomatina.
“We looked at a number of opportunities in Santa Rosa, but the uncertainty of the pandemic years had us press pause on expansion,” CEO Barry Braden tells The Press Democrat. He adds, “But 2025 and 2026 will see us opening additional locations in California. We’re really excited and proud of our ability to expand into Santa Rosa.”…
