The Delaware County District Attorney says a Hastings man has pleaded guilty to a burglary charge.
According to the D.A., Antonio Almovodar pleaded guilty to Burglary in the 2nd degree. In April 2024, state police responded to a call regarding a reported burglary in the Town of Sidney.
The D.A. says an investigation determined Almovodar and an other individual has committed the burglary. Almovodar was sentenced to five years in state prison and three years of post-release supervision…
