Man charged after shooting and barricade incident in Wilmington neighborhood

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The man who caused a Wilmington neighborhood to shelter in place last month has been arrested and charged.

According to the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office website, 40-year-old David Jacobs was arrested on May 2.
