Tucker pleaded guilty in January to dealing meth between January and March 2023. Tucker admitted that while he was on pretrial release, he fled supervision and lead police on a high speed chase that was called off for safety reasons, the DOJ said.
Tucker had meth in his possession when he was arrested by United States Marshal Service deputies, court officials said. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration investigated the case.
