City of Columbus, Sanctuary Night agree to major changes at nonprofit’s property

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — In Franklinton, the Sanctuary Night building was meant to serve those in need. Neighbors and community advocate Carla Carr say it has been a hot spot for crime.

“It’s made people uncomfortable. There’s theft, there’s property damage. We find people pass out in our yards,” she said.
