Small Indiana school district files complaint against state to try to stay open

MODOC, Ind. — A small school district in east central Indiana is going to court against the State of Indiana to keep its classrooms open.

Union School Corporation has filed a complaint in Randolph County Superior Court for an injunction seeking relief from a new state law that calls for the school to close.
