LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – This Saturday from 2-4 p.m. at Two Docs Brewing Co., fans of the game of soccer, the Lubbock Matadors and craft beer have the potential to learn more about all three at the first ever “Sip and Support” fundraiser benefiting a special group.
The Lubbock Matadors’ independent support group, the Mozos, are hosting the fundraiser to raise money for different equipment the group will use throughout the year. This also marks its inaugural event to help the Matadors as a nonprofit.
“This is our first event to try to raise some funds to help continue to support the Lubbock Matadors,” President Ryan Shelburne said. “Two Docs has been gracious enough to partner with us and help us out with hosting this event.”…
