MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Tenants at Serenity Towers have two weeks to move out, but there’s still a long way to go.
At court on Thursday, an attorney revealed there are still 102 people inside the troubled apartment complex. Some of those tenants have mobility challenges and mental health issues.
