ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man in relation to a fatal shooting, officials say.
According to the Roanoke Police Department, 38-year-old Thomas Dewayne Delp has been identified as a suspect in a fatal shooting. An arrest warrant has been issued for second-degree murder.
