Boil advisory lifted for most of Kirkwood

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The city of Kirkwood has lifted the boil advisory Saturday for most of the city, after two days of the precautionary order.

Kirkwood announced through a Hyper-Reach message on Saturday that most residents are now safe to consume tap water without boiling it and can resume normal water use. The city announced they had been testing the water Saturday morning and had collected samples from around the area.

In the announcement, Kirkwood said that addition message have been sent to residents on Marshal Road, Cragwold Road, and the Crag Knob Road area, as they are still under the precuationay boil advisory…
