COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. — The Fort Clifton Arts and Crafts Festival brought a unique Mother’s Day tradition back to Colonial Heights this weekend.
Thousands were expected for the weekend event, with Saturday’s sunny weather bringing out a huge crowd of festival goers.
