The Western District of Oklahoma Federal Public Defender Capital Habeas Unit (CHU), as a group, will be given the Opio Toure Courageous Advocate Award at the annual meeting of the Oklahoma Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty (OK-CADP), in north Oklahoma City.
