SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A warm day outside was just what Falls Park needed in downtown Sioux Falls as it hosted this year’s Cinco De Mayo Fiesta.
The free family-friendly event benefitted Caminando Juntos, a sponsored ministry of the Presentation Sisters.
