A motorcyclist died Saturday after losing control on a curve, causing him to hit a curb and be thrown off the bike on the access road of Texas 151, San Antonio police said.
The crash happened around 5:45 a.m. in the 5700 block of the Texas 151 access road after the driver of the 2008 Honda CBR 600 motorcycle exited the main lanes of the highway at a “high rate of speed” and failed to navigate the curve, according to a preliminary police report. The driver hit the curb and drove onto the grassy area before getting thrown of the bike.
