Behind the wheel, there’s none better than Trooper Sarah Korsten of the State Highway Patrol’s Elyria post.
Korsten proved that as one of two Ohio troopers who recently represented the agency at the inaugural three-day National Top Trooper Competition, hosted by the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Highway Patrol said in a Facebook post.
