Spencer’s, the novelties shop that says it provides “everything you didn’t know you needed,” is working toward a store in St. Johns Town Center.
The city is reviewing a tenant build-out permit for a 2,911-square-foot space at 4611 River City Drive at an estimated project cost of $287,964. No contractor has been identified.
The Town Center map shows Spencer’s between Sally Beauty Supply and GNC near Target and Ashley furniture.
The Spencer’s store locator website says the Town Center store is “coming soon.” It also is posting job openings for the Town Center store…
