Rochester, N.Y. — Rochester police are searching for a missing 78-year-old man who was last seen Sunday afternoon.
Police say 78-year-old Leon Dukes was last seen on Brown Street around 12:15 p.m. and is believed to have be on foot.
Dukes is described as 5-foot-7, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes…
