Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware: Temperatures Hold in 40s–50s Sunday Night as Rain Looms Monday

Philadelphia, PA – Overnight lows will remain mild across eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware tonight, with temperatures holding in the 40s and 50s as cloud cover thickens across the region.

According to the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, scattered high clouds will continue spreading over the southern half of the area through Sunday night. This extra cloud cover is helping keep temperatures slightly warmer than in recent nights, with minimum readings expected to range from the mid-40s in the north to the upper 50s along the southern coast.

In Philadelphia, lows will hover near 55°F, while areas like Trenton, Atlantic City, and Dover will remain in the mid to upper 50s. More northern and inland areas such as Allentown and Mount Pocono are projected to drop into the mid-40s. Areas with thicker cloud cover will stay a few degrees warmer overnight…
