FERGUSON, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A Ferguson police cruiser was involved in a crash Sunday evening while going to help a St. Louis County Police officer investigating a reported fight.
Ferguson Police said the officer was being evaluated but sustained no serious injuries. The crash happened just after 6 p.m. near West Florissant and Canfield Drive. Two other vehicles were involved, but no one was reported to be seriously injured.
The officer was responding to an officer in need of aid call in the 11000 block of West Florissant Avenue in north St. Louis County. The call was related to a separate vehicle crash where the parties got into a fight and an officer requested assistance…
