A 19-year-old is dead after police found him outside a “sexually-orientated business” with a gunshot wound to his chest Saturday morning, San Antonio police say.
Officers arrived around 5 a.m. in the 2500 block of Northeast Loop 410 for a shooting in progress and found the teenager shot in a driveway, according to a preliminary police report. First responders treated the man, who died at the scene.
