‘Without his car, he’s trapped’: Wichita man hoping to replace stolen car in order to receive life-saving treatment

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – On the morning of May 9, 77-year-old Larry Blythe discovered his car had been stolen outside of his home in east Wichita.

“It’s just a terrible feeling to know that you don’t have a car anymore and it just makes it difficult,” said Larry Blythe.

Larry is currently fighting prostate cancer and is living with severe kidney failure. His family said he needs a car in order to access the medical care he desperately needs…
