Report: Cleveland ranks among top-5 oldest housing markets in U.S.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The median age of a home sold in Cleveland in 2024 was 65 years old.

That’s from a recent report by Redfin, a real estate listing and resource site, which placed Cleveland in the top-5 largest U.S. cities with the oldest housing markets.
