ELKHART, Ind. — An Indiana State Trooper has located a six-month-old child who was abducted by a non-custodial parent on Saturday, May 10. The trooper reports that he saw a vehicle that matched the description driving eastbound on US 20 near C.R. 17 and initiated a traffic stop.
