Phillip Moratin has been named executive chef at Archer Hotel Napa, where he will lead the kitchens at Charlie Palmer Steak Napa and Sky & Vine rooftop bar.
Moratin most recently was executive chef at The Charter Oak in St. Helena, under owner and chef Christopher Kostow. Before Charter Oak, he was executive chef at Far Niente Family of Wineries and Vineyards in Napa, and served in the same role at Angele Restaurant & Bar in Napa.
