The Oklahoma Sooners will host the Norman Regional of the NCAA Softball Championship for the 14th year in a row as a 1-seed at Love’s Field. The Sooners also earned the No. 2 overall seed behind Texas A&M, so will get to stay in the state of Oklahoma the entire postseason.
The Norman Regional field includes OU, No. 2 California Golden Bears, No. 3 Omaha Mavericks and No. 4 Boston Terriers. The first game on Friday will include Cal and Omaha before Boston has to deal with the Sooners.
